Our Winter Sangha; part workshop, part community yoga-meet. Two hours of candle-lit Hatha based asana, pranayama, chanting, and Yoga Nidra. We'll finish off with a sharing circle, with holiday treats and a hot drink.

About the Event
This year's Winter Sangha is replacing our usual Sunday class before everyone is away for the holidays. All the goodness of traditional yoga (Hatha, pranayama, chanting, a bit of philosophy), plus Yoga Nidra and sharing circle, including holiday snacks and a hot drink.Â
