The Yoga of sleep. Relax, let go, and go to a deep hypnogogic state through guided meditation, lying down comfortably. Suitable for beginners; if you have found meditation hard, this is for you.
Based on the classical form of yoga and Hatha, including extra pranayama (breath-work), kriyas, and chanting. Usually sequenced in our Sangha workshops, with added Philosophical talks and circle sharing.

Our Flow and Restore practice. Start with a Vinyasa Flow and finish with Restorative Yoga and/or Yoga Nidra.
