Working from home and having the flexibility to work on a laptop *anywhere*, we seem to be crouching even more on our desks... sofa, slouching on the bed, on top of a pile pillows, you name it! This full Vinyasa practise will focus primarily on those sore spots that we get after sitting for long hours in one position. Think about posture: neck, shoulders, lower back, and yup, hips and hamstrings too! Split into two parts, the first part includes movement and breath-work, finishing with 3 minutes of savasana. The second and optional part blends in and starts here: Yoga Nidra, or The Yoga of Sleep, a guided meditation focusing on awareness, for rejuvenating the mind and soul. *** All breathe & pace classes complement each other (so if you also attend the studio class, you will find a connection with the online class), to facilitate learning, but they are also complete stand-alone classes on their own right (so you can easily drop in). ***
